4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping speed. Free shipping is offered on orders over $75.

5. Adult Signature Required

All deliveries require a signature from someone 21 years or older. Government-issued photo ID may be required by the carrier.

6. Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier may attempt redelivery or return the item to us. Reshipping fees may apply.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

• Then email us if unresolved
  We are not responsible for theft after delivery.
